Technician and distributor area
As trained InoTec technician or registered InoTec distributor, further information as well as drivers and firmware for our SCAMAX® production scanners are at your disposal in our login-protected technician and distributor area.
To gain access to the technician and distributor area, you can apply for your personal login here at any time.
Registration with and utilization of our technician and distributor area are free of charge. Deregistration is possible at any time.
Service times
Our service employees and technicians can be reached from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our support department is not staffed on nationwide holidays such as the 24th and the 31st of December.
