AOK Baden-Württemberg digitizes its incoming mail with SCAMAX® 6×1 production scanners. And is thus achieving its scanning targets 100 percent of the time.
“As AOK Baden-Württemberg, we serve more than 4 million insured people throughout the state. For more than two years, we have been using ten SCAMAX® 6×1 to capture and digitize all incoming mail – with which we scanned more than 40 million documents in 2020 alone. Among them also smallest documents with very small dimensions.
All documents were processed very well, so that we were always able to achieve our goals in the scanning process. This was a very positive surprise and underlines both the quality of the scanners and the maintenance system. With our partner InoTec, we form a strong team that supports each other in the optimization and maintenance of the scanners and works together on the continuous improvement of the technical scanning processes.
